Volunteer Opportunities
The Member Relations Committee organizes events for SDRAN members throughout the year such as the Annual Open House, Member Appreciation Event, and other networking opportunities. The committee also tracks metrics on membership growth and assesses the satisfaction of participants with SDRAN educational programs.

The Programs Committee plans and executes seminars, panel discussions, and other programs to bring educational and networking opportunities to SDRAN members and the broader San Diego regulatory community. The Committee works to find topics of broad interest to members or new topics within the regulatory field and identify experts that can speak to those topics.

The Website and Communications Committee posts all SDRAN programs, events, and educational opportunities to the website, LinkedIn, and sends them straight to your inbox! The committee also works to find job opportunities and other growth opportunities and shares them with our network. We bring all of our other SDRAN committees hard work to your view so that you can see it and join us.

The Education Committee plans and executes RAC (Regulatory Affairs Certification) preparatory courses for SDRAN Members to use as extra study materials for the RAC hosted by RAPS. These courses are geared towards both Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals, and they entail live and virtual sessions presented by brilliant industry professionals in the Regulatory field. The Committee works to coordinate and organize all study materials before the sessions start; find qualified speakers; and moderate all sessions.

The Finance Committee assists the Treasurer in managing financial activity for SDRAN. This includes processing payments, creating the annual budget, preparing financial statements, managing bank accounts, issuing refunds, and filing tax information.

The mentoring committee supports the VP of Mentoring in managing the SDRAN mentoring program. This includes preparing resources for the mentoring program, reviewing mentee applications, recruiting mentors, matching mentee/mentor pairs, and serving as support to the mentors.
